​From an early age, I was pretty head-strong, independent and ambitious. 

​

 I grew up reading my Mum's Tony Robbins books, writing pages of notes about perseverance and tenacity, before I had my first job. I was absorbing powerful principles I had NO clue would have such a big impact on my life.​

​

 I loved school, and was hungry to learn. At university, I was fascinated by both psychology and business, (and couldn't choose), so I decided to just do a double degree in Management and Psychology.

I was super impatient to travel the world, so I challenged myself to complete two degrees in 4 years.

Through some next-level study skills I did it, and managed to also work part-time in order to pay my tuition fees.

A wild amount of caffeine was consumed!

I moved to London at 24, and began working my up the corporate ladder as an account manager overseeing large client portfolios in digital marketing agencies.

I threw myself into the commercial world, worked my tail off, and put my hand up to extinguish fires and tackle client issues that others ran away from. The risks paid off, and I began moving up the ranks, running teams, then departments as Director, Vice President, and ultimately became Chief Marketing Officer of a large (Inc. 500) digital agency in Boston by the age of 32. I travelled all over the U.K, Europe and U.S. managing our largest clients, running departments and being part of the Executive Leadership Team.

I was fortunate enough to be backed by incredible leaders and mentors through my journey - which cemented my confidence and certainty as my skillset grew. I learned how to gradually overcome imposter syndrome and self-doubt, one hill at a time. Now, I truly love helping others do the same.

​

My sessions draw on principles of neuropsychology, positive psychology, mindset and high-performance coaching.

In addition to my Management and Psychology degrees, I'm a Certified Results Coach, and am working towards my ICF ACC coaching credential. ​
