Meet Esther

CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER TO
EXECUTIVE & LEADERSHIP COACH​

My coaching practice is underpinned by 15 years of senior leadership experience in large multi-national companies around the world.

​

I was promoted rapidly throughout my career from Account Manager to Director, Vice President, and then finally Chief Marketing Officer of a large (Inc. 500) digital agency in Boston by the age of 32.

​

It's now my mission to pass on the very best of what I've learned, distilling the insights from thousands of big meetings, countless pitches and presentations, hundreds of negotiations and a decade of leadership experience.
